Sign in and start working
Sign in with your Patty account and open a project in Mirr Code.
Sign in with your Patty account#
After installing Mirr Code, run this in your terminal:
mirr login
- The terminal displays a sign-in address and verification code.
- Press Enter when prompted to open your browser. If it does not open, visit the displayed address yourself.
- Sign in with the Patty account you want to use and complete verification.
- Return to the terminal and look for the sign-in confirmation.
Keep that terminal open during verification. If the code expires, run the command again and use the new address and code. If browser sign-in succeeds but the terminal reports an error, see Installation and sign-in problems.
For normal use, mirr login is all you need. You do not need to configure a server address or authentication files yourself.
Open your project#
Change to the folder you want to work in and start Mirr Code. Replace my-project with your project's folder name.
cd my-project
mirr
When the input box appears, enter what you want to do. For example: “Add a password confirmation field to the signup screen.”
Mirr Pro is the default model. See Understand an unfamiliar repository to explore a project, or Implement a change to change it.
Sign in with a different account#
Exit Mirr Code, then run:
mirr logout
mirr login
Make sure the browser uses the Patty account you intend. If sign-in or access problems continue, contact support with the error text. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
