Mirr Pro and model selection
Check model availability and choose the model used in Mirr Code.
Available models#
Mirr is Patty's AI model family. Mirr Code is the coding tool that uses it. A new installation starts with Mirr Pro, the default model.
| Model | Availability |
|---|---|
| Mirr Pro | Available; the default model. |
| Mirr Flash | Not released and not yet selectable. |
See the model introduction for Mirr Pro's features and evaluation information.
Check the selected model#
Enter /model during a conversation to open the model picker. Check the active model and available choices. You do not need to invent identifiers for models that are not listed.
To specify the model when starting a session, run the following. mirr-1-pro is the model identifier used in commands.
mirr --model mirr-1-pro
Model choice does not change permissions#
Selecting a model does not grant more file or command access. See Work modes to choose an approval or planning workflow.
If a model is missing or not responding, see Connection and response problems.
