Connection and response problems

Find out what to check when a request fails or no response arrives.

A connection error appears#

Check your internet connection. If the failure happens only on a company network or VPN, try another permitted connection or contact your network administrator. Do not disable security software or switch to an unknown server address.

If the message says your sign-in has expired, run mirr login again. See the sign-in guide.

A usage-limit or account error appears#

Enter /usage to view usage information. Follow the displayed limit and account-status guidance. An account-access error is not fixed by reconnecting to the internet.

Check the Patty account you signed in with and its access status. If the message does not match your account's status, contact support with the error text.

The response seems stuck#

Check whether Mirr Code is reading files, running a command, or waiting for approval. For an approval prompt, choose whether to allow the action as described in Tools and permissions.

Press Ctrl+C to interrupt the current response. File edits or external-service actions already performed are not automatically undone. You can then ask how far the task got or reload the conversation.

A model cannot be found#

Open /model to see available models. Mirr Pro is the current default, and Mirr Flash is not yet available. If you supplied a model name manually, compare it with Model selection.

For a recurring error, include the version, error message, and requested task in your support request. The last displayed action helps distinguish a connection failure from an error after work started.
